Bristol City to create hotel jobs?

Bristol City Football Club could be set to create hotel jobs after its vision for a new stadium won support from planners. Although the council rejected the part of the scheme which would have seen a housing development included in the project, they were minded to approve the other ideas. The club will now resubmit plans for a new stadium which will include a hotel and conference facilities. Colin Sexstone, chief executive of Bristol City, expressed his relief at the positive outcome of the meeting with planners.
