Carluccio's to continue expansion in Dorchester

Sous chef jobs and other catering positions could be made available in Dorchester as part of the town's £100 million Brewery Square development, with Italian restaurant chain Carluccio's the latest eatery to sign up to the scheme. It will occupy 3,264 sq ft in the Bonded Stores building, including a dining terrace beside the new Odeon cinema, reports the Dorset Echo.
