Construction work starts on Hampshire retail scheme

McLaren Construction has announced that it has begun the main phase of a south Hampshire retail development, which could create local construction jobs . British Land and Universities Superannuation Scheme awarded McLaren a £26 million contract to build the 300,000-square foot Whiteley Village scheme, with enabling works having now been completed on its site.
