Website claims online recruitment benefits employers
It has been claimed that online recruitment sites can be a real benefit to companies looking to hire people to fill vacancies.
According to Talent Management, "with the proliferation of job boards and online classified ad sites, publicising a job opening is easier than ever".
However, managers need to ensure they are utilising these services in the right way so that they are securing the right person for the job.

Remy Piazza, managing director of CareerBuilder Canada, recently stated that online recruitment sites have helped six out of ten employers to fill vacancies.
