Website sings the praises of online recruitment

20/01/2009

Jobseekers may be interested to learn the opinions of one website which has discussed the benefits of using online recruitment.

Web Newswire has highlighted how easy it is for candidates to update and modify their CVs at any time if they are uploaded on to e-recruitment websites.

This may mean they can tailor them specifically for whatever job they are applying for.

Furthermore, their CV will be accessible to all employers at any time and it is quicker for them to search through available opportunities.

The website also stated that "candidates get a job opening from a trusted source" as well as a very "convenient and confidential job search".

In other online recruitment news, the Times recently reported on the opinion of Alex Charles, one of the founders of iProfile.

He believes that in the future, jobseekers may validate their CVs themselves using the internet, which may make them more attractive to employers.
